Paulette Bell is a long time, experienced intuitive, transformation coach, image consultant and Access Consciousness Facilitator who has been working in the field of holistics, conscious awareness, life coaching and beauty and image for over 13 years. She is also the founder of IEssentia; a successful and ever expanding holistic image and style coaching company based in London, England.
Our clients at IEssentia are able to become truly aware of who they really are, both on the inside and on the outside.
Paulette began her early career in the managerial world, but since a young age, she had always held a passion (and a keen eye!) for image and style.
She knew intuitively that she had a real gift for helping people to bring out their true essence through finding their own style and beauty, both within and without. So, she began her training at Bromley College where she soon qualified as a beauty therapist, and an international make up artist.
As her world and client list rapidly began to expand, Paulette decided to further her training by also becoming an image consultant and corporate image consultant with The Federation of Image Consultants. Following 13 very successful years in the image and beauty industry, Paulette founded IEssentia, and has an office in Regent Street London, England. As an experienced Image Consultant, Paulette understands and that colour comes down to finding the perfect shade, hue and combination in order to recognise and realise your own, personal style that best suits and supports you on all levels of living. She is also an expert at helping her clients to enhance their natural beauty through the parts of your body that you feel most comfortable with, and to also help disguise any areas that you do not favour so much.
At IEssentia, our aim is to help you to connect with your authentic truth through your own unique style so that you can easily “dress for success” in all areas of your life. Our approach to “Your Style and Your Image” is unique and lasting. We help you to understand that one of the key factors is to begin to come out of judgement of yourself and your body, and to start finding and living your passions and priorities.

Following many years of utilising and expanding her natural, intuitive abilities through her holistic image consultancy business,
Paulette’s gift for tapping into, and bringing out the infinite power and possibility of her clients led her to train both as a life coach, and also an Access Consciousness facilitator.
Paulette found that by combining Access Tools and her vast resource of infinite intuition, she was able to quickly help her clients to go to an even deeper and more profound level of transformation. By allowing the light of her own knowing to shine deep into the hearts and minds of her clients she was able to assist them in releasing and destroying all of the lies and limitations that would all to often sabotage the ability to allow greatness to flow and grow.
Paulette understands that in order for her clients to really begin to shine, she must also help them to remember how to receive, and to not just simply give, give, give. It is through receiving that one allows the space for more ease, joy and glory to show up in your life.
Accessing, and trusting your own intuition and power is also a vital part in creating magical change on any area or level of life and mind, body and spirit. Paulette was herself plunged into a very dark and frightening place when she was aware of the energy of Cancer within her body. Through dedicated work and choice to release this energy and allow her true and natural state of health and wellness to flow and expand through her entire body and being, she was quickly able to dissolve and dispel the Cancer, and has since found an even greater generative space and energy of health and abundance. How does it get any better, and what else is possible, you may ask?!
Paulette’s mission, her calling in life is to remind you that you too have always had the ability to both release, create and BE anything you choosing, You are an INFINITE BEING the only person stopping you is YOU! There's NO LIMIT to you, only what you place on yourself.
